Ventricular Tachycardia.

Ventricular tachycardia (VT) is defined as three or more PVCs in a row, occurring at a rate exceeding 100 beats per minute. The causes are similar to those for PVC. VT is usually associated with coronary artery disease and may precede ventricular fibrillation. VT is an emergency because the patient is usually (although not always) unresponsive and pulseless.
